Who am I?

Since we are all going to be here with each other...for a long long time..let's get to know each other!!!

I am a stay at home working mom...(well..at least for now), ebayer, and a very Happy Big Crumbs member! :-)

I love spending time sharing the great news about Big Crumbs! What a joy! It's for everyone! I get so excited with every single wonderful new person that joins me here.

I'm also a very happy & proud mom of two sons!
My oldest son just turned 16, and my baby (ha ha) is 13 1/2
I am Enjoying every single day with them. Teenage years are not the easiest..but -- I would not trade the world for my boys!!

Love being a Mama! :-)

I live in California, and grew up in Georgia. I miss the Canopy of Pine Trees, and driving through the woods, sometimes. Not a bad trade though, living close to the beach!!! :-)
My roots are Cherokee & Scottish. I'm very proud of both sides of my family.


I also have one dog, His name is "OREO"...a chow/border collie.
Valentines days was his birthday...lol. Yep..a Valentine BABY!! Just had to announce it. Guess you can tell..yep..he is a baby around our house..lol...even though..he turned 9 on the 14th of Feb.

OUR POND

Have lots of fish & koi in our family built pond & waterfall & fire pit. 3 long, hard, years.(we only had the weekends) .but we love it! It's beautiful & relaxing. I just got a solid white butterfly koi with my Birthday Money. Wow, really beautiful. I decided to name her...Casper.
Our Koi share the pond with our Red slider turtle. So far so good...but I do keep Lucy (our turtle ) fed very well..ha..ha. '

Our In-door Aquarium

We finally set up a 55 gallon tank. Over the past few months--we have introduced lots of really cool cichilds, Like Fantosas & Blue Dolphins, Electric yellows, and one really large Devil Fish, that we fondly call "Diablo". He rules the sea, that's for certain. Lost a few pretty dolphin cichilds & one cute Parrot Fish. May have to save up some more Crumbs, for "Diablo" to have his own home. He looks docile with his cute puckered lips, and green marble like eyes,and large male braniac bump on his head, but--comes by his name very honest.

Animals
I sooo love animals. If I lived where I could have horses and more animals, I certainly would. Animals are great! yes..I even like the animals that most find our icky..lol. My best friend, growing up, always had something, so I got used to it. One of my favorite, was her pet skunk. It was fixed, where it could not spray of course..thank goodness. She called it Peppy Le Peu. It was just like playing with a baby kitten, very very playful and sweet. He would disappear for hibernation, and come out big as a butter ball..lol.

Blue sky's are certainly nice too, but..love my rainy days from time to time.

TRAVEL
I hope to travel back to Costa Rica again some time soon. I love it there.
My family and I went two years ago, the rain forest are beautiful! It's so sad that we are loosing so much of our rain forest. I have a couple of pictures of our Costa Rica visit. I recommend traveling there, if you have never been.

My weight loss success & keeping it off!!!!!

Did I ever starve myself to loose weight?
Yes I did. I had tried everything even starving my body with only 900 calories or less per day at one point. Was I still gaining weight? yes, at that time in my life, even with such a low caloric intake and exercising too

I knew I needed to do something differently or continue to get the same results.

Great news! There is a way to turn all this around as I did!

As you will learn with Robert Ferguson's program, it's not all about "just" loosing pounds, but--also releasing fat
Thank goodness, I have almost reached my goal, without pills, starvation, pre-packaged food & boring menus, weird drinks with artificial sugars, fad diets, without skipping meals, without bazaar no fat no carb stuff --scary diets, over-exercising -- or any profound diet methods. I am still eating one of my favorite treats too, chocolate! No, this is not a chocolate diet either--lol.

In fact, let's toss out the old ideas of dieting for good, and live a Diet Free Life!

As of today, I reached my pre-pregnancy weight of 13 & 16 years ago!!!
Plus, I'm in smaller size pants, than I was then!!!! How? Love to share that with you! I'm currently 138 lbs, and sporting a pair of sz. 9 jr. boot cut/slim jeans! In May 2008, I was in a size 14 misses & 172 lbs.
