If you did left-click, then you may not have JavaScript enabled in your browser. JavaScript is required for certain site functions to work properly.

To enable JavaScript:

For Mozilla Firefox, use the Tools - Options menu, then click the Content item and check "Enable JavaScript".

For Internet Explorer, use the Tools - Internet Options menu, then go to the Security tab and choose Custom Level. Then set Active Scripting to Enabled or Prompt.

For Netscape Navigator, use the View - Preferences menu.

Important:

If JavaScript is enabled and you are still getting this message, then it's likely that you have a popup blocker installed. Please disable the popup blocker or add www.bigcrumbs.com to it as an Allowed Site.

Also note that many toolbars have built-in popup blockers, which are unnecessary since modern browsers like IE8 include their own. We've seen problems specifically with some versions of the Google Toolbar and you should disable its popup blocker to avoid errors.

To disable the Google Toolbar popup blocker, please click the wrench icon, click the Tools tab, then uncheck the Popup Blocker box and click Save.
