HOW TO WIN
All eligible members who make a purchase through BigCrumbs each month beginning September 2010 through December 31, 2010 or who submit an eligible entry by mail, will be entered into a monthly random drawing. Random winners will be selected every month from eligible entries from the previous month.
Winners will be announced from our Facebook Fan Page and BigCrumbs Community Forums, so remember to check regularly to see if you've won!
PRIZES
Each winner will receive one (1) $1000 cash prize.
WHAT ARE THE START AND END DATES?
The sweepstakes starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 1, 2010, and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on December 31, 2010 ("Entry Period"). The Entry Period consists of 4 separate "Prize Periods". Prize Periods are September 2010, October 2010, November 2010 and December 2010. Each prize period begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m EST on the last day of the month. Prizes will be announced each month beginning October 2010. Final $1000 cash prize to be awarded January 2010. All winners will be announced the following month, each day during the Prize Period.
RULES
- By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- No purchase necessary to win.
- This competition is offered by BigCrumbs and is open to anyone with a BigCrumbs account in good standing, who is at least 18 years of age. Employees of BigCrumbs and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees may enter the contest but are not eligible to win.
- The sweepstakes give away will begin at 12:00 a.m. ET on September 1, 2010, and finish at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2010.
- 4 prizes will be awarded: one (1) prize awarded per Entry Period.
- Prize winners are only eligible to win one prize during the entry period.
- Winning member must have a valid payment method selected on their BigCrumbs account within 30 days of winning, or risk prize forfeiture. $1000 cash prize must either be deposited into winning member's PayPal account or to their BigCrumbs Prepaid MasterCard.
- All winners must be legal residents of the United States.
- To be eligible to win a prize during a Prize Period, you must have made at least one purchase through BigCrumbs during that prize period or you must have submitted an eligible entry by mail during that Prize Period. Eligible members must meet all membership eligibility critieria described in our Terms of Service.
- BigCrumbs will choose one random winner per Prize Period. Each day's winner will be announced the following month and will be announced on the BigCrumbs Facebook Fan Page and the BigCrumbs Community Forums. The winner will be identified by the winner's BigCrumbs member id. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible members who shop through BigCrumbs and the number of eligible entries submitted by mail.
- The winner is required to contact BigCrumbs via the email address listed on their BigCrumbs account to confirm contact information (full name, email address, and mailing address). Each winner has until midnight ET the following business day to claim his/her prize; if the prize goes unclaimed, an alternate winner may be selected. You must prove ownership of the winning entry and provide your email address to collect the prize. Winner may be required to sign and return to BigCrumbs an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of the date of winning notification; otherwise the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be randomly selected. We will send the prize within 30 days of the competition closing date.
- Neither BigCrumbs nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to the prizes; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.
- The decisions of BigCrumbs are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
- All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. You may not designate someone else as the winner. If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, we will award it to an alternate potential winner; If you accept a prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize; In the event that a prize is unavailable, BigCrumbs reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No responsibility will be accepted by BigCrumbs for any lost or misdirected mail.
- Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected email or tweets.
- By acceptance of the prize, the winners consent to the use of his or her name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- All entries become the property of BigCrumbs.
- BigCrumbs reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including Facebook or forum posts, or submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
- BigCrumbs in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person or persons it finds to be in violation of these rules. Prize selection is solely at the discretion of BigCrumbs.
- BigCrumbs is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, BigCrumbs may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release BigCrumbs from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.

TO ENTER BY MAIL
Mail in entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of each prize period month and received by the 7th day of the following month of the promotion. Final entry form must be postmarked by January 3, 2011, and received by January 10, 2011. All entries must be submitted on a 3x5 inch index card and include all of the following information to be eligible: BigCrumbs member id, first and last name, a current physical mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) including city, state and zip code, email address and phone number. Maximum entry is one(1) per month. BigCrumbs.com is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries.
