Yes. You must return to BigCrumbs.com and click-thru to the retailer again to re-activate your cash-back credit. Of course, you can also use your QuickCrumb Bookmark to re-activate your credit.
A purchase is defined a single order checkout process. A single purchase can include multiple items, and you will receive credit for the entire total purchase. However, before initiating a new and completely separate checkout process, you must return to BigCrumbs.com to re-activate your credit.
Typically 1 to 2 weeks, however it can take up to one month for credits to appear on your account, depending on the retailer.
In the rare instance that you don't see your credit within 2 weeks, please use the Help link at the top of the site to file a Missing Credit Inquiry. All missing credit inquiries should be submitted within 60 days after the purchase date (or within 60 days of travel completion for travel purchases).
The amount earned varies by retailer, and sometimes by the type of product or service purchased.
The cash back amount is displayed with the retailers' details, so you'll always know the total cash back before you shop.
No. The amount earned is based on the net purchase amount, which excludes shipping and taxes.
The net amount is the purchase amount after any discounts are applied. For example, if you purchase an item that costs $100 and you have a $20 coupon, the net amount on which you would earn is $80.
We cannot guarantee that coupon codes found on other websites, print materials, or elsewhere will generate cash back for your BigCrumbs account. Please be aware of this when deciding whether to use such coupons.

Prior to April 2, 2010, BigCrumbs offered two membership types: CrumbSaver and CrumbEarner. These two membership types had different cash back and referral commission structures.
However, on April 2, 2010, BigCrumbs consolidated its program into one membership type. All members now earn the same high cash back rates, plus referral commissions on those whom they directly refer, as well as members referred by their direct referrals.
After extensive analysis, this change was found to offer the best combination of cash back and referral commissions, thereby maximizing earnings for our members.

You can also use our referral tools to quickly create links and e-mail invitations for BigCrumbs.com. When your friends click your links and join, you'll be automatically credited with the referral.
All BigCrumbs member have access to an Account Manager which includes the following information:
You will be paid for both your own cash back and for your revenue from referral shopping once per month, provided your BigCrumbs account has a minimum $1 balance at the time of payment. Payments are processed on or about the 15th of every month (i.e. if the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend, payments may be processed on the next business day following).
We pay one month in arrears. If you earn your first rebates and/or referral commissions in January, you will receive your first payment in March. That payment will cover all cash that you earned in January. You will then be paid in April for your February earnings, and so on.
Therefore, the statement generated in March, would cover all shopping through January 31. This one month delay helps to ensure that any purchased items and returns have time to be processed.
BigCrumbs.com currently pays via PayPal. We no longer offer or pay on the BigCrumbs Prepaid MasterCard®.
The e-mail address that you use to register with BigCrumbs.com is where your payments will be sent as a PayPal payment, so that e-mail address should match the e-mail address on your PayPal account.
You must have a PayPal account to receive payments.
For PayPal payments, if the e-mail address specified on your BigCrumbs.com account is the same as the e-mail address on your PayPal account AND we were able to confirm your PayPal account, then your payment will be automatically deposited into your PayPal account and you will receive an e-mail from PayPal when you receive the payment. Please see below for information on confirming your PayPal account.
However, if you do not have an active, confirmed PayPal account at the time of payment, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we were unable to pay you and providing you with instructions for confirming your PayPal account. Your scheduled payment amount for the month will then rollover and be added to your next month's payment.
IMPORTANT! We attempt to confirm your PayPal account using the e-mail address, street address, and zip code that you supplied. You may verify that your PayPal account has been confirmed by visiting the settings page under "My Account" and following the instructions. If that page indicates that your PayPal account has not been confirmed, then you simply need to update your e-mail address, street address and zip code to match those on your PayPal account. We cannot pay you until you've confirmed your PayPal account!
Yes. You must have a minimum of $1 in your BigCrumbs account before payment is issued.
PayPal: There is a $10,000 single-payment maximum allowed by PayPal. If the amount we owe you exceeds $10,000 for one pay period, we will break the payment into multiple payments. The processing fee will be assessed for each payment.
No. We do not currently provide paper checks as a payment option and have no plans to do so.
PayPal: Yes. A processing fee of 2% of the payment amount with a $1.00 cap per payment will be deducted from each payment that we send to you.
This is the fee that PayPal charges BigCrumbs.com. We do not make money from this fee. Note that you will not be charged again by PayPal when you receive your payment.
BigCrumbs no longer sends 1099s to members, however, earnings may still be considered income by the IRS. Please consult your tax professional for more information.
